migration

• This script will be automatically run after initialize_migration script and firmware expects to receive bool as result of script execution. If script is returning true value then migration script will be run again.
• The plugin can migrate each device or other block of logic separately in each migration script call. It can save resource of the controller and useful on Atom and PlugHub controllers.
