Checking battery state of Ezlo Secure(E550)
This feature is available since advanced_scenes/1.4 version.

Field	Type	Required	Description
blockOptions.method.args.state	token	+	Required state of battery. Possible values:missing – battery is not connectedcharging – power cable is connected and battery is charging full – power cable is connected and battery is fully charged powered – power cable is connected. It’s the same as charging or full. discharging – power cable is NOT connected and battery is discharging
